I’m on a Twitter strike. I am so sick of the way men on Twitter treat lady comics. And my male friends always DM me or text me or email me or talk to me about how they hate it too but they never speak up.

Let me be perfectly clear - this has nothing to do with the “women aren’t funny” argument….

Men Against Assholes and Misogyny is the best idea I’ve read this ever. If someone smarter and better informed than me doesn’t start it within one week, I’m just gonna do it myself.

Okay so last weekend I took the whole weekend for myself and personal projects, which I hadn’t done in sooo long because I’ve been so busy with work and now moving, but it was much needed.

I’m planning on doing a Teen Titans fancomic, it’ll be like my own reboot kind of???? but I also want the tumblr fandom to pitch in with their ideas and headcanons and we can bring them to life omdfg gsfgslk it’ll be so cute and fun and foomfg i’ll hopefully be making a sideblog for this soon so you can all submit ideas and stuff! so yeah these are some of the redesigns for the dream team! i’m just missing wally west which I haven’t drawn also have the leader here!

Wow, that’s the awesomest bunch of TT stuff I’ve seen in ever. I especially love roy and starfire. I think Raven and BB should have to hang out all the time when they’re in public, so she can use her magic to disguise his green-ness.

I just took a nap and had a dream. In my dream, I was holding a candle trying to tell a bunch of people a joke about smokey sock snakes. I told the first part, and people laughed, but then I thought of an extension to the joke which was a bit confusing and didn’t tell it. I remember it because one of the people looked like outonalark, one of the cool internet artists that I follow. Later, morgan freeman tried to persuade a former colleague to quit his soul-crushing job as a lawyer and buy a cabin like the one morgan freeman had.

Looked out at the sky for a bit on the deck. I was eating a red popsicle. The house was being tinted by the clouds in the sky; it was a light pink. I looked out and was confounded by the pink and blue shapes, the blue sky was deep just the way I like it. What a setting it would make, it deserves to be a backdrop for grand adventures and beautiful romances. I feel disconnected, here and elsewhere. I remember looking at skies like these and letting my heart soar into them, dance with them. There was no dancing today. I chose a section and tried to frame it, appreciate box by box so as not to be overawed. The air was wet and filled with energy, smooth like a carpet or a seduction. I stopped my crunching and heard the quiet sounds. Birds, trees, the soft hum of the sea of air. Then I went inside and typed this up.
